Heyooo, my name is Jannis, also known as DJBaka. I'm an Open Format DJ from Germany, and I started DJing in 2007 with Hands Up & Hardstyle. In 2013, I began performing under the name DJBaka, mainly playing for myself and occasionally uploading sets to Mixcloud, where you can still find my oldest public sets from that year.

I love playing music for myself and others because it's a huge part of my life. In the past, I played on some internet radio stations that are now offline, and I continued uploading mixes to YouTube until the end of 2021. That’s when I discovered Twitch and fell in love with it—though I still continue my work on YouTube as well.

Since 2022, I have also been playing again on the internet radio station RauteMusik, where you can sometimes find me on the Club, Techno, and Harder streams. I also really enjoy the FFXIV community at these events and want to support it as much as I can with my music. I love reaching people’s emotions through music.
